Yes, TMStore supports Guest Checkout! However, please note that as a guest, you should save your Order Number and keep the Order Confirmation tab open to upload your payment receipt. For the best experience, we recommend creating an account so you can access your order history and tracking timeline anytime.
We offer a unique 'Dispatch Images' feature. Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, our team uploads photos of your specific parcel to your order dashboard. This allows you to verify the items and packaging quality before the courier picks it up. You will receive an email notification as soon as these images are available.
You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page. Simply enter your Order Number and the Email Address used during checkout to see a real-time timeline of your order's journey.
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your city in Pakistan. For custom or bulk orders, processing may take slightly longer, which will be communicated via your order timeline.
