01Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
02Conditions for Return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging. Any items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Important:Items verified via Dispatch Images prior to shipping are subject to strict return conditions. If you confirmed the quality of the parcel via images and then requested shipping, returns will only be accepted if the item arrived damaged during transit.
03Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Bank Transfer Orders
Refunds for Bank Transfer orders will be processed back to the original bank account used during checkout within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for a direct transfer refund. We do not offer cash refunds via courier.

- Items damaged by customer misuse
